Here you can book your advertising space in our magazine.

    General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for the sale of adverts in the magazine:

    1. Scope of application
    These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the legal relationship between the magazine "So geht Auswandern heute" (hereinafter referred to as the "editorial team") and the customer (hereinafter referred to as the "advertiser") in connection with the sale of adverts in the magazine. The terms of service and payment apply to all orders placed with Philip Bornewasser, CIF: ESY4375483T, on this website or in a personal conversation or by email.

    2. Subject matter of the contract
    The subject of the contract is the placement of adverts in the editorial team's magazine. The format will be explained to the advertiser when the advert is booked. Placement in the magazine is the responsibility of the editorial team. However, we will endeavour to take the advertiser's wishes into account. However, we cannot guarantee the fulfilment of these wishes. The term is 1 year.

    3. Advertising order
    The advertising order must be in writing and is binding for the advertiser. It shall come into effect upon written confirmation by the editorial office. Verbal collateral agreements are only valid if they have been confirmed in writing by the editorial office.

    4. Prices and terms of payment
    The prices for advertisement placements are agreed individually between the editorial office and the advertiser and are to be paid net plus statutory VAT. Payment shall be made within [7] days of invoicing by the editorial office. A deposit of 50% may be requested, which must also be paid within 7 days. This makes the booking binding.

    5. Design of the adverts
    The advertiser is responsible for the design and delivery of the adverts. The adverts must comply with the technical specifications of the editorial office. The editors reserve the right to reject or edit adverts if they violate legal regulations or impair the appearance of the magazine.

    6. Liability
    The editorial team is not liable for errors in adverts that are due to insufficient or incorrect information provided by the advertiser. Liability for direct or indirect damage caused by the placement or non-placement of adverts is excluded.

    7. Term and cancellation
    The term of the advertisement placement depends on the availability of the magazine. DAS MAGAZIN is published in May of each year. Early cancellation of the advertising order by the advertiser is not possible. However, adverts published on the editorial website will be removed on request.

    8. Final provisions
    Amendments or additions to these GTC must be made in writing. Should any provision of these GTC be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a provision that comes closest to the economic purpose of the invalid provision. Other terms and conditions shall not become part of the contract, even if we do not expressly object to them.

    9. Place of jurisdiction
    The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with this contract is [place], provided that the advertiser is a merchant within the meaning of the German Commercial Code or has no general place of jurisdiction in Germany.

    10. Dispute resolution:
